Comments about Duro HF918 Motorcycle Tire:

This is a Great running tire. smooth cornering, smooth riding and for the price you cant beat it. For anyone installing this tire with out a machine the side-wall is pretty stiff and you might want to get the second bead started and then use a ratchet strap around that section to compress the tire giving you more room to mount it quickly and easily to the rim. ENJOY THE RIDE

Comments about Duro HF918 Motorcycle Tire:

It is very possible the tires "H" rating will be tested on my bike. After 54 years of riding motorcycles and owning most bikes on the road. I feel very comfortable with these tires. I have a Suzuki 1200 Bandit as well and have been over 156mph in the last few months. I put these tires on my reworked Honda Nighthawk 750. I usually ride under 80 mph. These fill the bill.

Comments about Duro HF918 Motorcycle Tire:

I bought this tire back in July and am about to purcahse another. I got about 6k miles on it on a GPz900 Ninja before the wearing tread was gone. I put another 1k on it and the tire is mostly bald in the middle. I still get fine traction in dry weather but have started slipping in the rain. Bald tire = no traction in the rain, so that makes sense. I ran the tire hard throughout the summer. No slips on gunning off the line, and taken it to Crystal Lake near Azusa, CA and GMR near San Dimas/Glendora numerous times. I didnt haven any issues even at high corning speeds. Even now with the bald tread in the middle, the sides still have plenty due to my normal commuting use of the bike and so in try roads corning is still not a problem. Only Took about 50 miles to break them in, IE removing the shine off the tire, and I never had an issue since. I have a Duro on the front side
