This tire is made of a specially-formulated rubber mix that provides durability and resists tearing and chunking, even under hard use. Reversible tread pattern with a treadwear indicator that clearly shows when to reverse the tire on the rim; when the “M" disappears the tire can be turned around. Mirror-image knobs provide equal traction in both directions on a wide range of terrain. DOT approved and R-rated for speeds up to 106 mph.

Comments about Michelin AC10 Motorcycle Tire:

I bought this tire to replace the OE Dunlop D605 on my '12 KLX250S. First impression is that the tread is much more aggressive and offers better offroad traction. My initial on road report is that the tire is a bit squirmy compared to the Dunlop so If you do alot of asphalt sections keep that in mind. Time will tell on longevity.

Comments about Michelin AC10 Motorcycle Tire:

This tire has a good feel on and off road. I needed a tire that has good treaction off road and is a good ride on road as I ride from home to most locations where I go off road.

              A:

Thanks for your question. Another Michelin tire that is comparable to the AC10 would be the M12XC. That is an intermediate/ hard terrian tire and that is available in the 140/80-18. Below there is a link that will bring you directly to the tire. If you have any further questions you can always contact our sales team at 1 888-339-3888. Thanks again and have a great day!
