Pirelli Diablo Rosso Front Motorcycle Tire. Instead of using multi- compounds Pirelli has developed what is called EPT (Enhanced Patch Technology) to ensure a better grip and better performance on the road. The structure design is aimed to maximize - at every lean angle and every speed - the contact patch; in terms of area, shape and pressure. This combination supports the tread to reach an unbeatable level of grip and stability. The tire structure has been designed in order to get the set synchronized into balanced behavior, with the 2 tires perfectly matched in dynamic use. The patented Zero Degrees steel belt below the tread keeps the tires in the most suitable shape at all times and yet provides enough elasticity for a very progressive feedback and behavior in lean, allied to unbeatable bump absorption. With the support of the compound the zero degrees steel belt also guarantees huge braking stability.

Comments about Pirelli Diablo Rosso Front Motorcycle Tire:

I brought these tires for my 03 cbr 600rr and out of the gate I got caught in a storm on new rubber and to my surprise they stuck like glue in the rain at high speeds and when the weather was good out side they performed even better I would buy these again.

      Excellent Dry/Wet Tire

Comments about Pirelli Diablo Rosso Front Motorcycle Tire:

I used this tire about 2 months on a 1000RR CBR before writing my review. I've been thoroughly impressed with the grip in dry and wet conditions around corners and stopping. I can nail the throttle hard and not lose traction (on dry pavement, of course). Excellent tire - well worth the price.

Comments about Pirelli Diablo Rosso Front Motorcycle Tire:

I used this tire on my 04 zx10r to see if I could save some money on a tire buying period. I would keep this tire strictly for commuting and getting round casually.
This is a great stable tire just has harder rubber and for me seemed to bounce at times in corners and going over road surface changes and when gunning it. I took it off after 2.5k and it still looked like a new tire and put on the Corsa III for my riding characteristics.

      • Q:

What is the production date code range on this tire? Last time I owned a Diablo Rosso it was 07 which is a little too old for something I want to trust holding my body inches from the ground. I dont need the exact date as there are many tires in inventory but having a month and/or year would be enough.

Thanks for your question! With the Pirelli Diablo Rosso Motorcycle Tire that your looking at this would be the replacement for the diablo 2 tires.
