Comments about Pirelli Scorpion MT90 A/T Motorcycle Tire:

As promised, performance revenue: Had a chance to put some miles on these Perelli's (@ 200 mi). Great tire! On asphalt these things do it all, for me. Transitions from left to right are smooth. They are what you want on the back road twisties! Very good grip, even in a light drizzle. Rode some hard pack dirt and loose stones, and they did the job.
On the highway, they track straight as an arrow, even over some pre-paving construction grooves, in the wet. Very nice, comfortable ride at speed (@ +75mph). They inspire confidence.
The rubber compound seems soft to me, so how long they last might be a factor. But the way they grip the road is enough for me. I'll buy another set when they wear out. And Bike Bandit has the best prices! Hope this review helps!

Comments about Pirelli Scorpion MT90 A/T Motorcycle Tire:

Bought these to replace the original rubber on my honda, 650l,dual sport,2001. Had Bridgestone trail wings TW 301, TW 51. Used bike had only 300 miles, and it now has only 3k on it. Old rubber was harder than a hockey puck, and 13 yrs old, rear was at the wear bar, front was like new, but they were due!
Went with these Perelli's on reputation and reviews. They suit my 80/20 riding style. I'm an old guy, and my x-games days are over.
Heads up on these tires. The tire "blocks" appear larger in the on-line images. If you buy on looks, you might be disappointed.
Got the 120/80-18 on a stock rear rim, didn't want to rub a chain guard. But there is room to carry a 140/90-18 if you want to, on this bike. Tires look very well made.
Tires arrived on different days, ground delivery. Great prices on these from Bike Bandit! Will review tire performance on a later comment. Hope this helps other dual sport riders, and tire shoppers.

Comments about Pirelli Scorpion MT90 A/T Motorcycle Tire:

These are really good 70/30 motorcycle tires. They came stock on my 2011 KTM 990 Adventure Dakar. Very impressive street performance. I can scrape the pegs with full bags on the street no problem and it feels totally solid / stable. Now for off road... 70/30 is about right. Good for dirt roads and some basic off road riding. Not great in the sand, but not too bad. Need to keep the speed up and crank up the Scott's to the maximum setting. Mud is not fun on these... They pack up easily. With that said, they are great 70/30 tires even for a a big bike like the 990.

Thanks for the question Stephen! We have checked into this for you and show these would be speed ratings. The S rating would be rated up to 112MPH and the V rated tire would be 150MPH. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

Thank you for your question. The conversion in inches for a 2.75x21 is 90/90-21. The conversion for the 4.10x18 rear tire is 110/90-18. Below is a conversion chart to help:

Good question! We show the stock tire sizes for your Yamaha 05 WR250F to be a front 80/100-21 and the rear as a 100/100-18. We do not show those sizes in that tire unfortunately. The Kenda K760 Trakmaster II is also a very popular tire as well with both your front and rear sizes listed that was given a rating 4.5 stars out of 5 and is highway legal too. Thanks for your question! We show the stock rims sizes are showing a 21 and 18 inch rim. We show the Pirelli tires listing tires for both of those rim sizes. This tire would fit the rim based off the size shown but you may want to check with a shop or tire manufacturer for more safety information on this application.
