Comments about Tour Master Transition Series 2 Motorcycle Jacket:
This is a great jacket, it is my first REAL motorcycle jacket as I usually just wore a snowboard coat or casual leather jacket when riding. I searched everywhere for a good review that would give me an idea of what size to purchase for myself but I couldn't find anyone that was my body type or gave any specifics. So here it goes.It has very nice armor throughout the jacket, up the sleeves and on the shoulders, removable too. And a nice padding on the back of the jacket that is also removable. There is plenty of vents in this jacket as you can read from the production description, I haven't ridden in hot weather yet but I'm sure it wouldn't be too bad if you take out the liner, open all vents, and unzip a little. LOTS OF POCKETS TOO, you won't have any trouble stashing all your trinkets in this jacket, one reviewer said he lost stuff in his jacket for brief moments, like I said there is tons of space. Nice reflective stripes around the jacket too for night riding.I'm 5'10", 135lbs, very slim and long arms. This jacket comes in Regular and Tall sizes on some sites. I wasn't sure so I went down to the motorcycle dealer and purchased mine. I bought a Medium regular, I'm guessing regular because it didn't say tall. The jacket fits like it was tailored, not baggy but fitted around my entire upper body perfectly, when I stretch out my arms the sleeves sit right around the wrists, so I suppose they probly could be slightly longer(tall size adds 2inch to sleeves) but I am very satisfied and I think it will work perfectly.I would recommend this jacket to ANYONE! Buy it!

Great Value & Performance
I ride a Dual Sport bike and was looking for a jacket I could wear while on the street. This jacket has all the necessary armour, visiblity and most importantly being in Seattle the waterproof features necessary to ride in the Pacific Northwest.

I just got back in after a ride on a sunny , cool Pre-spring day and I was so impressed with the performance of this jacket I had to write a review. I've been riding for about 40 years and have had several leather jackets over the years. I was always hesitant to purchase a textile jacket but after seeing all the features in this particular jacket and looking at the price I thought I'd give textile a try. Without a doubt this is the most comfortable riding jacket I've ever owned. The jacket is warm, windproof and with removable liner and great vent system I believe I'll be able to use this year round. Also with the waterproof membrane I won't need to carry separate raingear. Up here in the northeast we look for ways to extend the riding season and I think I found another way to do that. Great product!!!!!
My first puchase with Bike Bandit . . .
This was my first purchase from BikeBandit.com made in 2012 and have logged over 7200 miles with this as my main touring jacket. I feel I can now make a qualified review of the item. I give it a three star rating mainly because of the difficulty of the main zipper's reluctance, during the first week of use, to seat properly in the zipper tab, especially if wearing gloves. Even so, with bare hands, I still struggle almost every time to get the tab ends to match up the first or second time to pull up the zipper. The material is starting to fray/tear at the zipper ends. It's frustrating and very annoying, especially when riding with a group, waiting for me to "zip it up" after a quick, gas, or meal stop. Also, the vent ports on this jacket don't seem to allow enough air flow for my liking during warm, sunny miles. (I do have a full windshield/fairing so that may impede air flow.) The shoulder vents don't stay open like I think they should and I have to continually prop them open every few minutes, or just take the jacket off (when it's too hot!) I did get the black colored one (only one in my size when ordered). It does seem to be a heavy jacket at 5.5 lbs with the liner. Every thing else about this jacket I like: fit (5'9",148lbs., Med. 38-42 chest), pockets, collar, reflectives, water resistance, cuffs, CE armor placement. I would recommend this jacket to someone looking for the BASIC touring jacket, maybe not in black.
