There are times when I am carrying a lot on my bike and I cannot access the helmet lock with my packs in place. With this I can lock up a couple of helmets or other small items anywhere on my bike quickly and with enough security to prevent them walking away. It is a bit larger than a deck of cards making it easy to store in my tank back or saddle bags.

This lock does exactly what it advertises and nothing more. The lock functions easily with simple buttons. The combination dials move smoothly and the unlocking-combo is easy to change. There are not any bells or whisles - just a simple, easy to use lock.

The cable thickness is a bit on the small thin side but again, it is to be expected.

This lock will not keep professional thieves from stealing your expensive helmet. But it will keep drunk urbanites from walking off with your spare.
