M7 V.A.L.E. exhaust systems feature an exclusive Teflon coated, blunted, cast magnesium outlet and the exclusive X-Lite™ retaining ring that not only looks great, but also significantly reduces the weight of the exhaust system. The V.A.L.E.™ inlet design eliminates the use of springs and creates an adjustable mount that is rock solid. The system also features a precision, mandrel-bent, thin-wall s-bend tube, and for a full system, a custom fit header pipe for each model. U.S. Forestry Service approved Spark Arrestors are included with all M-7 V.A.L.E.™ offroad, slip-on exhaust systems. The tips mute the exhaust tone slightly with absolutely no loss of horsepower. Additionally these tips prevent the introduction of foreign matter into the exhaust system. DOES NOT fit, nor is it intended to be used with the C2, C4 or C5 mufflers.

WOW MADE MY KLR 650 ROCK

    Comments about Two Brothers Racing M-7 Slip-On:

    I installed this muffler on my 02 KLR 650 along with an FMF head pipe. This solved the performance issues I had with the bike. Provided massive torque increase along with much better power delivery. The bike is much stronger and smother. I don't have to use the clutch nearly as much during slow off road maneuvering. On the street around town I used to run in 3rd gear mostly but now I am using 4th most of the time. Anxious to see what the fuel economy improvement is going to be. On the highway I was very pleased with high speed performance improvement. I listed the noise as a con and it is loud but I LOVE it. Along with the big bore kit the previous owner installed and some other performance tweaks this bike is now one bad KLR. This is well worth the cost and then some.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
