I am a big xxl to xxxl and went from brooklyn to montauk long Island for a guy with back problems it felt like my chiropractor was with me , awesome relief great lumbar support , keeps your back straight.Cons in hot weather try putting it on top of a good quality cotton shirt or good absorbent material.Is a great must have.

I bought this last year and have made use of it. Our last ride my wife decided she wanted to try it. So I went without and she got the support. She ended the ride happy - NO back pain! I on the other hand miss my back support, so I'm buying another one. It works.
