Big, bold, beautiful pipes that have the powerful look of straight pipes but are loaded with features that put them ahead of the straight-pipe pack. Feature full-length, 220° full-coverage heat shields that are plasma-arc cut from a full piece of tubing to match the exhaust bodies exactly for a perfect, no blueing, fat-pipe look. System is fully customizable with Hot Tips – seven exhaust tips that can be mounted and rotated to any of four angles. Hot Tips are available separately and sold in pairs; see below. Big 1 3/4” headpipes with 2 1/4” bodies. Removable baffles provide a powerful sound but mellow the bark of traditional straight pipes – you’ll turn heads, but you won’t annoy the neighbors. System includes all necessary mounting hardware and instructions for a hassle-free, perfect fit every time. Made in the U.S.A.

Great Pipes - Give yourself time for installation.

The only reason I'm not giving these 5 stars is because the installation instructions are a little misleading. They tell you to mount the head pipes first then "slide the mufflers on." Sounds simple, right? Wrong. Do yourself a favor and get the mufflers onto the head pipes BEFORE you bolt them up. Otherwise, mine would have been impossible. Literally. But... Having given that one piece of advice, I would highly recommend these pipes. For the Shadow Aero 1100, I wouldn't use anything but Vance & Hines. They look and sound awesome, and they really perform.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

A Good set of pipes

I put these pipes on a 750cc honda spirit. They sound very good. The pipes make my bike sound as if it just wants to rip up the pavement. They seem to be quality made pipes and they look great on the bike. I think the directions to put it on the bike could have been better. It took me less than 2 hours to put it on the bike.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Best deal

(2008 Suzuki C50) The only reason I gave this a 4 is because the front flange did not line up. I had to reuse the stock one.
I have read several reviews about this exhaust and most of them say they are louder than they had expected. I have one thing to say to those people, Do your research before you make a purchase. These are LOUD!!!! and I love it.
Instructions are very step by step even with removal of the stock exhaust. Minus cleaning the bike behind the old exhaust and the flange, This took me a little over an hour. I do recomend useing allen sockets with a 3" or 6" extension. If I had those I'm sure I could have done it in less than an hour. Alone.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I've installed these pipes on a 95 Honda Shadow 1100 ACE and these baby's are loud!Installation was quite easy as the instructions were pretty clear. As with most any new installation,there were minor hassles but the end result is super cool looks with a mean bark!
