            Thank you for your question. The back of the Neodanna is hook and loop closure. The material is Fleece, not neoprene. The Zan Facemasks with the printed graphics are velcro closure and neoprene, unfortunately they do not cover the neck or lower. Below is a link to the Zan Facemasks:
