How long is this bleeder screw ?
jim on Aug 22, 2012
BEST ANSWER: 7mm is not the pitch, it's the OD of the thread. The pitch is 1.00 mm. Answer to overall length is also likely not 1" as the answer falsely assumed the pitch to be referring to the length in a different set of units.

Does not fit 1979 Yamaha XS750 Special
These seem to be very good quality bleeders, but they do not properly fit the 1979 Yamaha XS750 Special that they say they do.

These have a slightly finer thread, and the thread length is slightly longer, so on putting these in, they stripped and did not seal properly.

Goodridge Break bleeder
I have twin front disc breaks. I installed the bleeders and had my system bled and working in 15 minutes. I was amazed how easy it was.
