Great Brakes
Replaced rear brakes on 2005 V-Strom 650. I bought the Galfers because that was what was on the bike when I bought it. I really liked the brakes so replaced with same thing. They work really good. The grab really well. Have had to stop really quickly when red lights changed on me, and the brakes do the job. Bought set for front but they don't need changed yet.

Galfer Pads #1054
Appears to be high quality parts & Galfer name is well known. I chose these because the stock sintered pads on my M50 BLVD. are just too hard on the rotor. Still "bedding them in", so time will tell about performance & longevity. If they work as well as I expect, they will get 5 stars.

Galfer 1054 Semi-Metallic Brake pads
I had 48,000 miles on the original front brake pads on my R1200GS. The original pads had little wear but I decided to replace them at the same time I replaced the rear pads.
The Galfer's seem to work as will as the originals. Time will tell what mileage I will get out of them.
Thank you Bike Bandit for the fast shipping on ALL my BMW parts.

part # 33526 - brake pads - I am confused about the description pasted below. Is the description for one pad left and one pad right per caliper or 1 pair of pads each for left and right calipers. Please clarify for me.

Component - Machine
Brake > Front > Left - 1993 Honda ST1100 ST1100
Brake > Front > Right - 1993 Honda ST1100 ST1100

Thanks,

Frank Haynes
