I need a set of handlebars for my GT185 Suzuki. The year is 1973. I know that they are discontinued from Suzuki and I would like to know what I can replace them with but I want to keep them as close to stock as possible so I do not have to change cables and wiring.
Thank you for your help, Neil

it's an ideal bend for classic bikes.
The bend is similar to old Hondas especially.

Excellent replacement
Well made. Excellent fit even though it is smooth under clamp where OEM bar was ridged. - it did tighten down properly. Good chroming without thin spots. Replaced slightly bent original bar and it now feels like I'm going straight down the street as it should.

BikeMaster Daytona Handlebars
These handlebars fit well. The chrome finish and construction are of very good quality, and they are priced very reasonably. The sales rep was patient and knowledgeable as he researched the best style for my restoration project. His recommendation was spot on.

Daytona Handlebars
I needed to replace my Honda CMT 200's bars after a low speed shunt. These bars mimic the style of my 750F's bars, and add a more purposeful look to my little sweetheart. Now if only you guys sold new forks . . . .

Decent Bars
I put them onto my 2008 Suzuki Bandit 1250. About 2" wider so I had to cut them. The end result is my wrists are not tilted to the side. I prefer my hands to be straight - less pain, these helped. Good bars for the money. I had to drill the holes into the bars for the controls

Good replacement for factory bars
I put these on my 2007 Suzuki Bandit 1250S to replace the factory bars that had too much pull-back angle, putting strain on my wrists for longer rides. Installation was fairly easy and I did not have to re-route any cables. I also added about 1/2 inch of rise to the bar mounts with some shaft collars. The result is a more comfortable ride and lighter steering. probably because of the different angle. I did cut about 1/2 inch off of each end as I did not want any additional width. Also, I had to drill holes for the switch gear locating posts. Only minor complaint is that the black paint scuffs rather easily, so be careful installing them and you should be fine.

2003 Suzuki SV650
No problems at all with the bars, easy installation and just barely fit with stock cable lengths on my SV650, obviously have to cut the bars a bit. Slightly higher and more pull back than stock, feels nice and good upgrade for the bike, especially since the previous bars were slightly bent.

Great pair of bars on GS500F
I got these for my 2005 Suzuki GS500F that I have set up for touring and I love um. They look great, fit the mounts well, and seem to have a tough enough finish that I didn't screw um up while installing.

I have them on a 45degree 1 & 1/2" riser and it completely eliminated any leaning over the gas tank.

Only drawback was they were a bit long on the girps portion. So I trimmed it back an inch and half with a pipe cutter and they were perfect. Better to be too long than too short.
