What bar would work best on a Yamaha xt225?
christopher i on Jun 8, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Christopher, thank you for the question. It all depends on what you prefer. Width varies a considerable amount between these bends. I for one would recommend the YZ/WR bend for your XT225. What bent should fit the best on a xr250r 1986?
Justin M on Jun 3, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Hello Justin, the KX/ RM Bend or the YZ/WR Bend would be the closest to the original bars that came on the 1986 Honda XR250R. If you are taller rider try the CR High Bend or the ATV Bend. For individual measurements select, a bar bend and color and the specs will show just above the add to cart button. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you by contacting us by email at [email protected], Live Chat or by phone toll-free at 1-888-339-3888. Are these bars essentially a like-for-like replacement of stock TT-R90 bars? The stock bars have quite a bit of built-in rise and are fairly narrow, but the picture of these bars on the website makes them appear wide & short, like bike bike bars.
Crew Chief on Jul 21, 2011
BEST ANSWER: Thanks for your question! The handlebars will depend on the different style that you get. Each style will have slightly different bends. For closer to stock dimensions you'll want to go with the YZ/WR style of bend.
I read somewhere that these were the closest (to OEM sizewise) aftermarket bars you can find for the 2004 KLR 250. Is this true or would there be a better recommendation. I like the dimensions and feel of the stock bars but these are half the cost (and may be a better product. any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
HoboJr on May 3, 2011
BEST ANSWER: Thanks for your question! Yes this would be a good option for your machine. The dimensions of the bars are listed so you can compare to stock.
will any of these fit my crf150f 08 and i would use them just for trail riding thanks jeff
null on Mar 16, 2011
BEST ANSWER: Thanks for writing in! These are universal 7/8" handlebars, and you would need to measure your width and pullback of your original bars to see if these would work.
are these handlebars 1 1/8" at the clamps and 7/8" for the controls?
400exgirl on Nov 26, 2010
BEST ANSWER: Thanks for your question! This is a 7/8" handlebar designed for atv's and offroad motorcycles that require a 7/8" handlebar.
I have a 1982 kdx250. What would be the closest handlebar bend style for this model?

Looks great!!
Perfect for my XT-225. My only issue is the crossbar is only removable if you cut the brackets with a die grinder. The should have been integrally welded to the bars, or removable.

Bent on the first fall
Maybe it's normal for aftermarket bars to bend, I haven't really had a lot of experience with aftermarket bars to be honest. Installed these to 'spice up' the look of my old CRF250. Took a pretty got fall in a washout and when I picked up the bike the left side bars were bent back about 1.5" off center.

Might have just been a particularly bad fall, defective bar, or something else. A fluke.. They looked great though.
