Works as advertised.
I bought this for my wife's quad. She was having problems with fatigue in her hand. The trigger was just out of her thumb's reach to be comfortable on long rides. I'm now her hero. She said the thumb soreness is all gone, and she's very happy with the feel of the extended trigger.

Works But Could Use Some Improvements
It fit ok and works fine once you bend the flexible thumb to where you want it, but a curved mount instead of straight would help the throttle angle more towards the where the hand is on the handlebars and less towards the body of the rider. Overall it works and is cheap.
