Do these fit a 2000 DR-Z400S? Also, how many turn signal units are included in the internet price? Thanks.
null on Mar 16, 2012
BEST ANSWER: Thanks for your question! This is a universal item and may take some fabrication to make it work.
Does this turn signal have the two-holed mounting system? I cannot tell for sure from the pictures here. I would like a turn signal with the two holes just like the OEM parts so that it does not rotate on just one mounting stem. (For a 2003 Honda 750 Shadow Spirit) Thank you!
Tina on Feb 1, 2012
BEST ANSWER: Thanks for your question! No this would not have the rubber stays.

would using 2sets or 4 work on my 12volt diesel tractor with auto flasher as emergency flashers??????
null on Jul 9, 2010
BEST ANSWER: Thanks for your question! These signals would be sold in pairs of 2. If you are needing 4 then you would need to order 2 pair.
I bought and installed the turn signal kit(2 kits,4 signals)with the 10 watt bulbs on my 1986 KLR 250. someone commented that the signals didnt flash on their bike and they had to replace the flasher relay to correct the problem. Is that the only solution and if so will I have to get the relay from Kawasaki?Mine also stay on when activated.Otherwize the signals are great.Easy install with just 1 small alteration.
Sully B. on Jul 8, 2010
BEST ANSWER: Thanks for writing in to BikeBandit! The flasher relay would be the problem in this case. This is somthing we would supply in our OEM schematics breakdowns. Please contact a Sales rep if you are needing help in locating this part.

what kind of replacement bulb does it take? If it takes an 1157 12v bulb, won't it also fit an 1154 6v bulb?

I am really just looking very hard for a non-OEM turn signal to fit onto my little Honda XL80S. It is a 6v system. I am pretty sure that the 12v 1156 and 1157 bulbs have 6v equivalents of 1129 and 1154. If this or another universal turn signal takes one of these, it would be worth while to know if it would also take one of the 6v bulbs (even if you don't recommend using it differently than the manufacturer intended.)
redditt on Dec 14, 2009
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question! Unfortunately the information your looking for is not being provided from the manufacturer but if you would like to contact them at (760) 560-BAJA (2252) they may be able to let you know which bulb type you require.
is it 12v or 6v?

Is it a 12v or 6v turn signal? And if it is standard 12v, can you get 6v bulbs for it?
redditt on Dec 4, 2009
BEST ANSWER: Thanks for your question. These turn signals are 12V. There is not a 6V bulb option available from the manufacturer.
What size are the threads on these and what are the dimensions of the products?
DjWreck on Oct 20, 2009
BEST ANSWER: Thanks for your question! With the Baja Designs Turn Signal Kit that your looking at this will be a 10 mm thread, unfortunately the dimensions are not provided but this is something we will look into getting for the future.

Rear turnsignal replacement
replaced both rear signals and they seem to work well, shorter than the originals by a little bit and seem slightly sturdier so hoping for greater durability. easy install. turn signals now blink faster than before but i don't care about that as long as they blink. bulbs are 10 watts as opposed to original 23W so not sure how the diminished load would affect blinking if all 4 signals had been replaced, but since they look pretty close to originals i have no intention of swapping out the others unless i crash and have to.
good purchase

Simple enough, but not a straight change out for the OEM lights
The indicators are fine, but the connectors were different to what is on my Triumph and the do not fit straight onto the bike. I had to change out the wiring and also drill holes in the bike frame to install them. Basically, they are not an easy replacement for a 2000 Triumph Tiger.
They sit fine after the modifications. Can't really tighten the nuts up on the lights
Had to drill a hole through the frame to get the lights to fit in and then feed the wiring through.

Well made and much smaller than original
Installed these on a Yamaha XT 250 to replace broken rear turn signals. Smaller than OEM, but big enough for good visibility. Good quality plastic. Everything wired up fine and they worked well. One caution--be careful when you tighten them down--too tight and you'll pull the threaded piece out of the plastic stalk.

Simple, solid, affordable
I bought these because I was relocating the rear signals on my 03 Kawasaki Vn750. The stock signals have little boots that prevented them from mounting flush to the relocation kit bar bracket, so I needed some aftermarket ones. I was looking for something basic and unobtrusive, smaller and less noticeable that the stock chrome ones, and these fit the bill.

Solidly built casing, flexible stem, came with a bulb and about 12" of wire (if you're moving your lights also, you'll almost definitely need longer wires. I pinched the ones off my old lights).

I might get these or similar to replace the front ones sometime.
