Does a 1979 Honda CM400T have resistors in the rear turn signals? (incadescent)

Worked, Blink Blink
Used these on a KLR650 when I went to LED signals and they fixed the fast blinking problem that happens when you switch to LED's. Worked for me until I sold the bike.
