Kawi 250R’s Saving Grace
After being told my bike had severe internal engine damage, to part it out because it wasn’t worth it, I decided to tear it down myself and figure out the issue... turns out all I needed was a new cam chain tensioner, and I was so happy and relieved that this simple little thing made my 250 hum again I slapped on the sticker it came with hah!

NOT MADE TO EXACT FIT.
The Manual Timing Chain Adjusters came in a very timely manner, however, I had to modify the right side because the bolt was extremely too long and wouldn't fit behind the coolant Reservoir of my, 93 750 Kawasaki, Vulcan. I had to remove the lock nut pin, remove the nut, cut and shorten the adjuster bolt to fit. I then had too drill a hole back through the bolt and replace the pin through the nut and bolt then brad the ends. I would suggest when making or selling these, the customer be made aware of this over look, or, correct the mistake at the Factory and sell the upper and lower as a pair, the lower being the modified side.

Don't work on Suzuki
Did not fit my 06 Suzuki GSXR 1000. OEM part is hydraulic and after market is not. After I installed it, and started bike, oil was shooting out of engine where part go because it don't have the hydraulic section built into it for the oil to flow through it. I wasted my money on this, should have went OEM from the start

Instant gratification.
So far I'm verry happy with the tensioner. The second I installed it the ticking was gone. My bike has never been quieter. Verry pleased with the manual tensioner.

Exactly what I was looking for
The PSR manual cam chain tensioner was just what my bike needed to get rid of the cam chain chatter I was having. I couldn't be any happier and I know my bike is happy too!
