Will I have to cut my current exhaust on my Honda Magna to Accommodate these?
chris y on Jun 9, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Chris, thank you for the question. On your current set up, do you have a bolt up exhaust or is it one solid welded together piece? The Cobra Boulevard Slip-On should bolt right up to your existing exhaust, considering you have not done any sort of modification to it. No cutting should be needed. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you by contacting us by email at [email protected], Live Chat or by phone toll-free at 1-888-339-3888. We are always more than happy to help

I'd like to put these pipes on my '07 Road Star Midnight Silverado, but will I have to make any carburetor adjustments or modifications too?
Rick on Sep 30, 2012
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question. The slip-on exhaust typically do not require jetting. The full system exhaust will definately need to be rejetted. When installing a slip-on you may need to adjust carb a tiny bit. I have a 2002 Yamaha XV1600. Will there be a need to re-jet the carb for these pipes? Also wondering what kind of decibel rating on the exhaust note these provide on average, and what kind of baffling these have.
null on Aug 3, 2011
BEST ANSWER: Thanks for your question! When you are ordering the Cobra Boulevard Slip-On it is not required to re-jet your machine but to get the full power out of the new exhaust you would want to do this.

Great sound, easy install, look great!
I put these pipes on my 08' V-Star 1100 Midnight Custom and I am very pleased with them. I did a lot of research between these pipes and the Vance and Hines pipes from various forum reviews, youtube/google videos, etc. I finally decided on these for the price and the sound from the various videos I looked at.

As with any straight through pipes/slip-ons, they are loud. I am not complaining because I love loud pipes for both the sound and the added safety.

For my particular bike (like most carburated bikes) these slip ons made my V-Star start popping and cracking on deceleration. So I purchased the Cobra Jet Kit specific for my bike and that corrected the misfire/backfire effect.

These pipes sound great, look great, and were very easy to install. They did NOT come with rubber isolators for my bike like my stock slip ons had on them between the pipes and slips, but they really dont need them.

Very nice pipes
These pipes look great on my '96 VN1500-C Vulcan L. The sound from them is very nice, not too loud, not too quiet. I would definitely recommend them.
