Supertrapp IDS2

What is the inside diameter of the slipon tub at the entrance to the IDS2 silencer? Is this inside diameter the same for Hondas, Yamahas and Kalwaski's. Our mid pipe outside diameter is 1.97". Are all inside dementions at the entrance to the silenancer the same regardless of year or engine make? We race 250 4 strokes of different makes and years. what is the inside diamater size at the slip on entrance of the xr 400 IDS2 honda silencer?

BEST ANSWER: Thanks for your question! Unfortunately, the pipes will be different for all the different years, makes, and models. You may not be able to use a pipe from a Suzuki on your Honda, for example. It would be best to look up the pipe that is actually made for your bike, that way there will be no fitment issues.
will this fit a 2009 cb400 ??

BEST ANSWER: Thanks for your question! Unfortunately the SuperTrapp IDS2 Tunable Race Series Spark Arrestor Silencer that you are looking at this would not fit your 2009 CB400
How would you fit this muffler onto the factory exhaust?

I have a 1994 XR250L and this Exhaust is for a 1996 XR250L.Is the pipe size different from a 94 to a 96 and if they are the same? How would you install this pipe on the bike?Just remove old muffler from header and install or would you have to cut the factory muffler off? Thanks!
EGGY on Oct 15, 2009
BEST ANSWER: Thanks for your question! Were showing that the slip on muffler for the XR250L would interchange from 1992 - 1996 so this would work on your machine no problem, this would use all factory mounting points.

To early there's snow still on the ground.
I'm not looking for a rocket ship. I got 7 performance disks installed without the screws enclosed, The baffle wouldn't except your (2 set's) of long screws enclosed for 7 disk set up. I found shorter size & hope they hold.
