NCY Aluminum Intake Manifold

NCY Aluminum Intake Manifolds are the perfect addition when adding a larger carburetor to your scooter. There is no sense in installing a larger bore carburetor only to have its flow restricted by the regular size manifold.NCY Aluminum Intake Manifolds are larger and can make a noticeable power increase on their own, and provide a choice option over the standard rubber manifolds.

  • Performance aluminum intake manifold complete with performance reeds & cage
  • NCY intake manifolds offer a smooth bore and larger inlet diameter over stock
  • A must for installing larger carburetors.
  • Cast aluminum intake manifold with two vacuum fittings.
  • Carb Fitting= 30.0mm

Looked great, functioned well for the first 300 miles. THEN CATASTROPHIC FAILURE! A single carbon reed and the metal helper that keeps it closed broke off and fell into the motor. Still fishing pieces out.
