Dynojet Jet Kit

Dynojet Jet Kits are designed to increase power and smooth out power delivery throughout the entire RPM range while still maintaining optimum fuel economy. Dynojet Jet Kits are offered in different stages for different needs and bike modifications. No matter if you ride stock motorcycle or a modified motorcycle, the Dynojet Jet Kit is an affordable solution to all carburetion problems. Each Dynojet Jet Kit comes with step-by-step install and testing instructions for perfect set up every time! Dynojet has your back by offering free telephone and internet support to help when needed.

Stage 1 Jet Kits:

  • Intended for motorcycles with a stock engine using the stock airbox, air filter and stock pipe
  • Fully adjustable to allow the use of a well-designed aftermarket pipe and stock replacement air filters like a K&N
  • Designed to improve throttle response and drivability and in most cases power increases of approximately 5% throughout the entire power range can be achieved

Stage 2 Jet Kits:

  • Intended for motorcycles with a stock or mildly tuned engine using a well-designed aftermarket pipe with a modified airbox and a stock replacement air filter
  • Designed for applications where individual filters cannot be installed and for applications where airbox modification improves the engine’s performance
  • In most cases, power increases of approximately 8% can be achieved

Stage 3 Jet Kits:

  • Intended for motorcycles with a stock or mildly tuned engine using a well-designed aftermarket pipe and individual air filters
  • Drivability may be compromised particularly with short stroke, high RPM motors
  • On some modern engine and airbox designs, individual filters and proper jetting offer no performance improvement yet compromise drivability, in such cases stage 3 kits are not available
  • In most cases power increases of 10-15% can be achieved

Stage 7 Jet Kits:

  • For race use only or for special applications
  • Works great with Yamaha V Max complete induction kit
  • Designed to optimize jetting for a given tuning specification or racing conditions
  • Sample image shown, product will vary by make and model

Just removed exhaust baffles and read that a jet kit would most likely eliminate popping noise and improve fuel and response.

I attended wyotech, and we learned all about the dyno, so I think it is more about what I know, than what I prefer. Any time you modify your intake, or exhaust, you need to do this, (if you have a carburetor). Dyno it is.

Hello. I have a 2002 Honda Shadow ACE vt750cdc. I currently have straight headers with turn outs attached. I was told by a custom motorcycle builder that too stop the backfire and get better power I would need too rejet both carbs. I was wondering if this jet kit would work even though I dont use any type of exhaust pipes beside the headers and turn out attatchments? I know the bike is running lean and need too rejet too larger jets in order too increase fuel too where it needs now. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. As for air filter its been replaced from the standard filter and chrome cover too a chrome hypercharger.

are they stock sized jets? and if so where can we get over sized?
null on Jun 20, 2012
BEST ANSWER: Dynojet uses a different number system than mukuni and kehein(spelled wrong I'm sure) anyway factory pro used OEM jets in theirs. There is a conversion chart on the Internet unless you are buying a stage 3 kit the power and toque curve comes from the needle which is adjustable and comes to a sharper point at W.O.T.

Poorly thought out
This is for a Honda Shadow 1100 spirit. The jets aren't the same and there's too much difference between them. A 170 being too lean and a 175 being too rich. Go to Carb jet kits.com you type your specs in a calculator and it runs really good

Works great but not what I was expecting
I received the Dynojet jet kit for a 2003 Yamaha Warrior and it came with about 15 to 20 Main Jets all different sizes I put a 150 main jet in my carburetor then it only came with one replacement needle and two of the little clips that is all that is in the package. I thought it might have pilot jets etc

Everything you need in one package
I installed the kit but still haven't reinstalled the carbs but was thoroughly impressed with the kit. The instructions were easy to follow right up to the point it said fuel mixing screw instead of pilot screw but figured that out. Other than that it had everything needed for my bike. From the factory my bike had metal caps over the pilot screw. This kit had a drill bit to put a hole in them and a screw to put in the hole and pull out the caps, so not to mess up the carbs. Just amazing attention to detail and if I want to upgrade to the stage 3 it already has everything in it.
