Moose Racing Aluminum Rear Motorcycle Sprocket

Moose Racing Aluminum Rear Motorcycle Sprockets are made with 7075 T651 aluminum, and an extra dose of tempering, which in turn reduces distortion and provides optimal thickness vs. typically thinner 7075 T6 sprockets. With the "cleaning" grooves left out, more aluminum contact with the chain means longer chain and sprocket life.

  • 100% machined, no stamping or grinding
  • Optimal tooth thickness results in maximum tooth and chain contact
  • Comes in anodized black, also available in blue, orange, and red on certain models
  • Made in the USA

The quality of this part is their. It fit the bike well and size was correct. Only surprise was the design was different than advertised. Luckly it still looked good.

Stunt Sprocket
I purchased this sprocket to get more torque for wheelies and hill climbing. I ride a YZ 125 which comes factory setup for racing. This larger sprocket slows down the max speed of 1st gear, but is much better for "goofing" around. I no longer race, so this converts my bike into a fun toy again. This is a 54 tooth sprocket. Ideally I think 60 tooth would be better, but that is not offered for sale.... Also, you need to know that you will need to buy 6 more links of chain to fit around the larger sprocket. Ride more wheelies have more fun!
