EBC's cost is reasonable and they hold up well. I went with the same brand for new front brake rotor and pads and haven't had any issues whatsoever.

Do I need a gasket for the clutch cover on a 1991 Suzuki gsxr 1100?
lawrence e on Apr 9, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Lawrence, thank you for the question! We always recommend that you replace gaskets and seals. You're already there. It's better to be preventative than wait for something to be replaced. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you by contacting us by email at [email protected], Live Chat or by phone toll-free at 1-888-339-3888. Can you use full synthetic oil with this clutch or do I need to use regular oil?
Elias K on Apr 12, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question! EBC does not indicate the type of oil needed for this clutch kit. We recommend using the oil the motorcycle manufacture has indicated to use on that specific machine. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you by contacting us by email at [email protected], Live Chat or by phone toll free at 1-888-339-3888. What weight are the springs in this kit? Are they the same as
http://www.bikebandit.com/ebc-csk-clutch-spring-kit?b=38712?

Thanks, Tom
Tom on Nov 20, 2012
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question. The Springs in the SRK kit are 20% stiffer (unfortunately we do not have the weight only percentage). This kit can be used in street applications aswell as race applications. The CSK kit is 10% stiffer in comparison and are slightly better than OEM. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you by contacting us by email at [email protected], Live Chat or by phone toll free at 888-339-3888. We are more than happy to help.
What is the difference between the part # 2737158 and the # 2737169?
I can only notice a $1 difference.

This is a complete set, nothing more is required to change my clutch ? right
Morun29 on Aug 23, 2012
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question. Can you please specify a model of bike so I can verify? You will need a clutch cover gasket too. The difference between the two is the applications #2737169 fits only CBR600RR 03-11. The kit 2737158 fits CBR600F4I, CBR900RR, and CB900F.
i would like to order this part for my 08 cbr 1000rr is this the complete kit that i will need
Wolf on Aug 3, 2012
BEST ANSWER: Thanks for your question! this will be a complete kit inlcuding the friction plates, steel plates, and clutch springs. You may want to look into a clutch cover gasket for the machine if your machine has one. some machines use a liquid type gasket material to seal the clutch cover.
How many friction plates and how many steel plates are in this set? (2005 CBR600F4i)
Bulldog on a bike on Jul 20, 2010
BEST ANSWER: Thanks for your question. For the EBC SRK series clutch kit for your machine you will get the exact amount of friction and steels for a complete rebuild.

Just what I needed!
I had replaced my clutch plates last year but realized I should have gotten the complete kit because the steel plates were worn. This kit has restored complete function to my bike's clutch. The springs are longer and a little heavier than stock but I don't feel any extra pull on the lever.

Great product and all in one kit.

Good Clutch Kit
Installed on Vulcan 800A, Springs where thicker then the factory springs which makes it a little stiffer when pulling the clutch but makes the clutch perform much better. Everything fit accurately, no slippage, awesome takeoff, feels like a new bike.

Wrong Size Frictions
I bought this kit for a 96 GSXR 750. Since this was a brand new kit, I did not measure the frictions, steels or springs. I installed the kit and rode my bike to work the following day and it was slipping so bad I couldn't go more than 1/4 throttle. Got home, tore it down again and measured the frictions. The spec for nominal thickness is 2.92-3.08mm The brand new EBC frictions had an average thickness of 2.80!! I have been trying to get a hold of EBC to give them a chance to rectify their mistake and I'm not having much luck.

Needs improvement
The clutch discs are decent, and when I say decent I'm being generous. The clutch springs are the worst I've ever used. Not only are the thickness of the coils thinner than factory, but the springs are 3 mm shorter then the factory Springs after two days of riding on the clinch I was slipping all over place. I'm only spending the time to write this because I don't want someone else to waste their money on this product it is the worst clutch kit I have ever purchased and I have been riding and racing for 10 years
