Boyesen was founded in 1972 with a single patent, and quickly went on to become a household name in high-performance motorcycle intake systems. This success earned founder Eyvind Boyesen the nickname “Reed Man,” a name which the company continues to live up to.
Boyesen claims to manufacture some of the most advanced intake systems available for two-stroke engines. In fact, their intake systems perform so well that they can be found built into many current factory bikes, including both Yamaha and Kawasaki bikes.
They pride themselves on being innovators in performance motorcycle parts, with new concepts, materials and designs being implemented with each product. Boyesen motorcycle parts include Power Reeds, Series Reeds, Rad Valves and more.
