The Scorpion modular helmet is the best for me, after trying 5 different helmets after starting to ride again after a 10-year hiatus. I had the EXO-900 for 6 years, and now the logical replacement is the EXO-GT920. For me, this helmet gives the absolute best bang for the buck.

Scorpion Modular EXO-GT920 Helmet
I mostly commute, but also take some twisties on the weekends. Have yet to take this on a nice long ride. I purchased this helmet in White.

Pros:
- The vents are easy to open/close with their new design.
- Having a drop-down shield is wonderful when it's bright out.
- It's a lightweight helmet while providing the necessary protection.
- The Bluetooth cutouts will be useful to implement a communication set.

Cons:
- I've owned Scorpion EXO before, and this is noticeably tighter than the others of the same size.
- The chin "cutout" area where the modular release button is allows a LOT of air to rush up under the helmet. This is the first helmet I've had this sort of issue with.
- The shield release is counter-intuitive: you need to push it up to release the shield down, while pushing the lever down brings the shield back up.
- The helmet can be a bit on the louder side with the vents.
- Some could argue the helmet has a cheaper feel to it overall compared to Scorpion's normal quality.

Overall I'm pleased with the helmet, just wish I'd tried it on at a store prior to purchasing so I knew the fit would be a bit smaller.
