totally soaked
I bought the road Toad suit two years ago. I used it on one road trip a year ago and the first time I put the pants on my boots shredded the lining in the pants. After an hour of very heavy rain my crotch area was totally soaked all the way down to my knees. Not sure why because my upper body and arms were totally dry. If your riding as long as the wind is blowing your fine. However, as we all know water does tend to accumulate on the seat. So me guess is that it soaks through the fabric. Just got back from another road trip and had to use the suit one day. Again shredded even more of the lining trying to put the pants on over boots. Again totally soaked from the waist to my knees. in my opinion as long as your standing or walking in the rain these are fine. However for riding I would not recommend at all.

Great "Oh Crap" Gear
Had some concerns when I first pulled these out of the box, but these work great for situations where the rain sneaks up on you.
I have very big legs, so I did have to reinforce the inseam to prevent leaking (just like every other suit I've ever purchased), but they held up very well over time.

The only problem I've ever had with these is that the front zipper seal isn't very good (fold over with snaps), and as a result, if you're going to be riding for longer periods of time or at speeds in heavier rain, you're going to get soaked through the front. Easy solution, however: wear the top backwards. Fixed the leak problem, and you really don't look that ridiculous until you have to get out of the suit.

Lightweight, Easy to store
Lightweight, material is similarin feel to disposable painter's coveralls or shoe coverings used in s hospital or paint booth, but thicker and with seam tape. The hood appears to be impractical for full face helmets, or any helmet for that matter since it would not cinch closed to keep wind and rain out, but it is easily detachable. Fit is loose enough time accommodate a jacket and over pants. Neck opening is a bit big and doesn't have a means of cinching up, but the collar is tall and can stand upright so it should prevent some rain from getting in when paired with a full face helmet. The pants and jacket take up very little space, fold the pants in half, fold the jacket in half and tuck the sleeves in, roll them both up together into a burrito, secure with a rubber band, throw it in the bottom of your less-used saddlebag and forget about it till you need it. Won't win any fashion contests but will allow you to dress for a sunny day without worrying about getting caught in the rain.

great suit
Waterproof... need I say more. This is a great suit for the price, you can spend more and get an insulated suit, but the truth is you don't need to. This suit keeps you dry, and not being damp or wet at 60 mph you just don't get cold. If you're prone to getting cold, save yourself some money and throw on some long johns, or an extra sweat shirt, or drive your car and be known as a "fair weather rider". Fact is these keep you dry and that's all that matters in a rain suit

Great Alternative Rain Gear
This is versatile rain gear that you can wear on and off the bike or ATV. It looks better than any rain gear I've ever had. It packs small and light.

Excellent, light, packable.
I'm 5'10" and weigh 155 lbs. The medium All Sports Rain Suit fits generously over my dirt bike gear. I wear knee guards, boots, full chest-back-soulder-arm protection under dirt bike pants and jersey. This suit goes on over that gear with room to spare, but not too much room. I want something that would pack into my hydration backpack pack and suit does it (my pack has a 14L volume with a 2L bladder). Construction is rugged and the fabric is breathable as well as waterproof. Hood is removable, which I also appreciate. This suit will serve double-duty for my backpacking and fishing trips.

Great Product-- Worth the Money!
Great rain gear for riding my Harley. Plenty of room in the XL that I purchased. No problems with the amount of clothes you can wear underneath. I recommend this product and would buy again.
