About Our Best Interco Motorcycle Tires

Tackle Mud, Sand and Stone With New ATV Tires

If there’s one thing you want from your ATV tires, it’s traction. Large surface area, heavy lugs or paddles and thick ply are qualities you’ve come to expect from your tire. Interco motorcycle tires provide long-lasting solutions for all-terrain riding. Each are specially engineered to tackle various terrains, even sand, and offer a smoother, more stable ride with better handling. Find your new set at BikeBandit.com today, and save big on the names you trust and the gear you love.

How to Shop Smart for Tires

Before you pick up a new set of tires for your ATV, you’ll want to know a little bit about what separates a quality, long-lasting tire from something that’ll have you spinning in the mud. First of all, you want to choose a tire that is sized correctly for your machine. The dimensions are marked on the sidewall and are expressed in inches. Therefore, a 20x11x10 tire is 20 inches tall by 11 inches wide and fits on a wheel diameter of 10 inches.

Once you’ve found a properly sized tire, you’ll want to consider durability. Tire strength is determined by the number of woven layers used in construction. As such, 8-ply is stronger than 6-ply, and so on. Finally, you’ll need to check whether your machine uses radial or bias tires. Radials have steel bands woven perpendicular with the treads, creating a flatter surface. Bias tires are woven at a steep angle for a more rounded, rigid tire, better suited for maneuverability.
