Their some of the grippiest tires available for the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s Street Bikes. Good feedback in the margin the tire starts get to the end of its grip in both braking and cornering. Must have a modest silica content, (which I personally like) as the tire has gives good feedback when it starts to get close to the edge of traction.

This tire is listed as V-rated, but the description says it is H-rated...which is it?

What's the difference between an eighty vs ninty?
jeff w on Jun 30, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Jeff, thank you for the question. The aspect ratio of a tire determines the height of a tire based on a percentage of its width. For example, the height of a 90 tire will be 90% of its width. Depending on the width of the tires you are comparing, the exact difference may vary. Can I put a 170/70 16 instead of a 180/ 16 on my 03 vtx1800?
A shopper on Aug 14, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for the question. The 170/70-16 will be a direct fit on to your wheel, the only thing to consider whenever going down a size is the load index and speed rating. It should always match or exceed the OEM recommended specs. When directly comparing sizes, the 180/70 is slightly wider and a hair taller also. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you by contacting us by email at [email protected], Live Chat or by phone toll-free at 1-888-339-3888. I'm looking at this ad and I see two tires... is it a rear tire as well as a front tire? One tire is thicker than the other so I assume yes... is the price for both tires? I have a Suzuki 250 gz and the front tire is a 110/90-16 and the rear tire is a 130/90-15. Also The tires I currently have are tube tires... and the ones I am looking at the Bridgestone Battlax BT45s are tubeless... would I need to make any modifications?
Odis on Oct 31, 2012
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question. The tires are sold individually, the picture is a sample image provided by the manufacturer. Yes you can mount tubeless tires on a spoked wheel without any modification. The image is a front tire and a rear tire you are correct. Very good tire at a very good price
I would recommend this tire and did so . My brother now has one on his bike. This tire was recommended to me by several forum members who love it. I am putting it on my bike in place of the OEM Dunlap which performed great . (15,000 miles/tire) . But the price made me start shopping around . This tire rides as good as the Dunlop on dry pavement . So far I haven't ridden in the rain nor have I ridden long enough to ware it out . That's the only reason I couldn't light up the last two stars . From what I hear this tire should out last the Dunlop . If it does and if it handles the wet road at least as well as the Dunlop it will become my new OEM. Thanks Bike Bandit for being so competitive and for fast service. Tom

Excellent tire.
I'm on my 3rd set of these BT45s on my old CB750. They perform very well on twisty roads and in the rain. The best feature is tire wear. My first two sets ran for 12K miles on the front and 11K miles on the rear. I'm not interested in trying any other tire on the CB.
