Wife's bike and she needs a tire that's easier to handle, more comfortable and grippier in the rain than the standard Michelin Scorcher. The Scorcher is a beautiful tire that suits the Muscle's attitude but we'll trade that for easier and more secure handling.

I was looking for the largest profile tire that I could get, for a 19 inch wheel. I have a 2018 HD Road Glide which comes out with a really flat tire on it. I think it's a 130/60B19. I'm not crazy about that look. The largest width and ratio I could find, is this Bridgestone Battlecruise H50 in the size 120/70-19(bias). I'd take a 130/80B-19 if they made one.
Douglas R on Jun 29, 2020
Did not have much choice. Wanted dunlop elite4 but don't have my back tire size. Have had Bridgestone on my cars. And was happy.
EARL W on Jun 24, 2020
Bridgestone has always produced good tires and half the price of Dunlops which I don't feel last for the money. So Going to try these out on the wife's Fatboy.

I've seen reviews where folks have received tires that were 2 years old. How can I be sure I'm getting a recently manufactured tire?
Eric J on Feb 24, 2020
BEST ANSWER: as long as its within 5 years its still a good usable tire
What is the difference between a reinforced tire and non reinforced?
Tony P on Mar 26, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for the question, Tony! The Bridgestone Battlecruise H50 Motorcycle Tire comes in both a radial ply and bias ply type construction. Bias-ply tires have cords made of different fibers (polyester, aramid, or fiberglass) that run from bead to bead at an angle. Radial tires have reinforcing belts (steel) running from bead to bead across the tread of the tire. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you by contacting us by email at [email protected], Live Chat or by phone toll-free at 1-888-339-3888. Hello. I'm wondering why the front (120/70zr18) is bias-ply and the rear (150/60zr17) is radial? Will it make a difference in the ride?? It appears that these will fit my 2011 HD Sporty Superlow but can you confirm? Thank you!
Samantha A on Apr 5, 2020
BEST ANSWER: No. The bias-ply allows more flex because you’re going to do more turning with the front wheel. The back wheel should be just static. This allows more grip for the front wheel, but also loses grip if you overinflate.

You should look up your owners manual for correct sizes and do more research as these are the only thing between you and the asphalt on the road.

A shopper on Jan 27, 2020

The OEM rear tire for my 2012 Triumph T100 is a Metzler Lasertec in a 130/80-17. I ordered a Brigdestone Battlecruise in the same size but the witdth across the new tire is 1" narrower than the Metzler. What is the maximum Bridgestone tire size that I can use on my Triumph? This tire will be using a tube.
Armando G on Dec 30, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hello Armando, we recommend using the original size tire, which is 130/80-17. If your Metzeler was the same size, one inch narrower is a big difference. Please give us a call so we can sort out any issues with the tire sizing.

I have only had time to ride them in dry weather but they really hug the road and make me feel planted in corners. Haven’t got to try them in the rain yet.

Great tire.
First, the tire was a great price and I received it in 2 days. I only have about 300 miles on it, felt a little funny for first 100 miles but feels great now. Very stable and corners feel great.
