Wanted something more street oriented.

Very good tire. Good street performance as well as off road. I get good mileage out of these tires. I switched to these tires two years ago and I'm very happy with their overall performance.

BEST ANSWER: Hello Mike, we offer a few dual sport tires for a 16" wheel. Try the Kenda Kenda K784 Big Block Motorcycle Tire, please keep in mind dual-sport tires are designed for 50/50 dirt/highway use. With this tire you will loose the highway performance you are accustomed to with the highway tires that are currently on your Eldorado. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you by contacting us by email at [email protected], Live Chat or by phone toll-free at 1-888-339-3888. We are always more than happy to help.

I feel this is a good 70/30 tire
Only have 150 miles on it but so far works great on pavement, good on dirt roads and trails. Not so good in wet or muddy conditions but that’s not what I bought it for.

Looks great
Continental has a great rep so I'm looking forward to getting this tire on the road. It has a great look and a quality feel but being here in Minnesota, I won't be able to try it out for a few more months. I may bump it to 5 stars once I have a couple thousand miles on it.

Dual Sport Go-to Tire
Great tire to replace my old favorite Avon Gripsters. The Conti Escape is a super mix of good street performance and good off road capabilities. I got 11k miles out of my last rear tire and still going on the front with over 7k. These are fitted on my 1992 BMW R100GS.

Good tires, bad tread life!
Only got about 3500 miles on the set of tires before the rear tire is now less than 1/8" from being completely bald on the center tread.. Front still looks like its at 90%.
Not good in any sand, loose or packed, wet or dry, from my experience, but decent in gravel. They feel like supermoto tires when on the pavement.
However, they are a very quiet and smooth set of tires.

Good road tire
Used two sets on my coast to coast and back to NYC trip and Newfoundland trip.
Got about 6000miles on rear riding two up and full luggage.
10000 on front.
Good road tire, ok for mild off road on packed trails or gravel roads.
Good on wet.
