Work great on Goldwing
Recently purchased an 2004 Goldwing. Needed new tires and I looked as several different brands. I chose the Dunlop Elite 4 and I am happy with the results so far! Looking forward to putting a lot of miles on them!

So Far So Good
Just installed these tires; only a few hundred miles on them so far, but the ride is smooth and it looks like Dunlop has modified their tread design (fingers crossed) to reduce cupping and that delightful tire hum that you get at about 800 miles.

Dunlop Elite 4's
So far so good. Tires have a good road feeling and go through curves just fine. Haven't ridden in the rain yet, but maybe next year. I would recommend these tires as replacements for the stock Bridgestones that came on my Goldwing.

Would a 180/60-16 fit 170/70-16 and what's the difference?
Randy P on Aug 11, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question Randy! The difference is that the tire size 180/60-16 its little bit wider but lower profile than the 170/70-16. We recommend to use the OEM tire size of your motorcycle for safety. Radial in rear. Bias on frt . Is that ok to run ?
.
A shopper on Jan 29, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Honest opinion. Its never a good idea to mix radial and bias .Rolling resistance and complete constuction differences will allow the radial tire to have much more traction than the bias ply which will affect the overall handling . I for 1would want each end of the bike acting and rolling the same
What is the required load index on 2003 gold wing?
A shopper on Jul 3, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question. For the front tire of your Honda Gold Wing the load index is 63 and for the rear is 80. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you by contacting us by email at [email protected], Live Chat or by phone toll free at 1-888-339-3888. I have a hondagold wing
My rear tire 160/80-16. 75H

Your tire is 160/80-16 80H
Can i use that tire ?
I dont understand the load rating
A shopper on May 17, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Thanks for the question! Yes you can use the tire with a higher load index. The load index rating is a code for the maximum load carrying capacity of the tire. The letter is a maximum speed rating indicating the maximum speed at which the tire may be used with maximum load when the maximum listed inflation pressure is used. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you by contacting us by email at [email protected], Live Chat or by phone toll free at 1-888-339-3888.
