Those IRC tires come custom with the ninja 300 motorcycle. They are unexpensive but very good tires in the dry, with a good life span. I do not ride in the rain, so I cannot evaluate their perfomance in the wet.
IRC is a japanese reliable manufacturer.
I highly recommend those tires.

Son's bike needed the be inspected and the gentleman said he needed a back tire☺
Zoie M on Mar 29, 2019
I have used these tires since my OEM needed to be replaced. I have always had great handling and traction in somewhat cold weather (I live in Phoenix, AZ) and rain. I trust them, and they last.

Will this tire fit a cbr 300r 2015?
Travis B on Aug 3, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Travis, thank you for the question. According to our records, a 2015 Honda CBR300R has a 110/70-17 front and 140/70-17 rear tire from the factory so yes, this will fit your motorcycle. Make sure to compare the load and speed index before ordering. Specs should meet or exceed what you currently have. Very good tires for a good price
Few people know this brand, but it is a japanese factory producing high quality tires for a more affordable price.

I highly recomend for small cc motorcycles. I have had them in a Kawazaki ninja 300 with very nice results in the city, on the road and winding roads.

Great value and a good ride.
The tire came in just in time for spring time riding. I mounted and balanced the unit myself then installed it on my '01 Kawasaki Ninja 500. Looks great and handling is great. After a short break in period, I tested the limits of the tire, nice and sticky in the corners as well as a comfortable highway ride. Wet roads were smooth with no issues. Will have to wait and see how long they last.

Unfortunately they only made it thru 2 sessions at Thunderhill Raceway before I low sided on turn 4. Tires survived but the bike needs a little work.

Great
If your looking for a super sticky tire this isn’t the tire...it’s great for everyday riding and cornering but not knee dragging corners...this is a great in town tire. I got almost 7000 out of my last one. Great tire for what it is made for.

Front Tire Kawasaki EX500
I got this tire to replace my front tire which was getting ready to need changing soon. I got the same IRC in 140/70/17 for the rear a couple months ago and really like it a lot. So far I like the tires. Only concern I have during the first couple hundred miles is the front tire is really hard new. The guy at my local shop even said to be really careful and take it really easy for the first couple hundred miles to get a little wear on it...he even said he hasn't seen a front tire that hard in a long time. I've started becoming a little more aggressive now and have no complaints. I would have given the tire 5 stars right off the bat if I was not warned to be really careful riding on this front tire being really hard at first.

If you're replacing the back tire on an EX500 (Ninja 500) to the larger 140/70/17 rear and 120/70/17 front, taking a turn, takes a little more effort to get that lean angle (especially with the larger front tire, the larger rear tire is spot on) so take that into consideration. I'm getting more accustomed to how the bike handles now that I've ridden on the new front tire a little.

When it comes time to replacing these tires I may give the Shinko 006 Podium's a try (as I've had good luck with the Shanko's) and see how they are to compare to the IRC's that only time will tell I guess. But so far the IRC's seem to be a good tire.
