Harrison K on Aug 21, 2019
Best price, but I've worn out several of these tires and am happy with them. They seem to wear quickly, but I ride aggressively and they stick well enough. And, they're on my '91 KLR 250, so there's that.

The tires are a good dual sport tire, ride 70% dirt and these work well in all soil conditions. Side rubber is soft and hard lean angles are not recommended. They feel and ARE very loose at steeper angles.

Elijah B on Apr 29, 2017

i have a honda cg125, want the dual sport tire look more over the performance side, but front and rear are 18's. i see someone has already asked if you can but i feel the answer wasn't that clear. what is the major difference between front and rear? surely they can't be that different
A shopper on Oct 6, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question!, we recommend not to use a rear tire on the front of your machine. Rear tires were not designed to steer or grip the road/dirt when the it is turned like a front tire. Rear tires might look cool and work at low speeds but once the performance comes into effect you'll notice the lack of performance right away by not using the tire in it designated location. We have attached a couple of tires that will work on the front of your bike. Will k270 5.00-18 fit xt250?
A shopper on Sep 30, 2019
BEST ANSWER: According to our records, the stock rear tire is a 120/80-18 which converts to 4.25" to 4.50". The 5.00-18 should fit the wheel but I cannot guarantee you that it will fit in between the swing arm on the actual bike. Take some measurements and check for clearance room. I have a 1980 BMW R100T and have been using it as a dual sport bike . What can you suggest for tires?
John
A shopper on Aug 14, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for the question. Are you still using the original tire and wheel specs? If so, I would recommend a 3.5-19 front and 5.10-18 rear, assuming you have the clearance for the bit of extra room. (No specific brand, just something kind of knobby) If you're set on the Kenda K270 you're going to need a bigger front wheel. IRC also makes really good dual-sport tires. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you by contacting us by email at [email protected], Live Chat or by phone toll-free at 1-888-339-3888. John R on Jul 27, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Hello John, the front tire for your DR200SE is a 70/100-21, which converts to a 2.75-21 and the rear is a 100/90-18. Both sizes are available in this tire. Will that Kenda k270 5.10x17 fit my 2002 XR650L? Standard size is a 4.60X17.
A shopper on Jul 17, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for the question. The standard rear size on a 2002 Honda XR650L is actually a 4.60-18. 5.10-18 would work fine, but you might feel a difference with your "turning". Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you by contacting us by email at [email protected], Live Chat or by phone toll-free at 1-888-339-3888. Just got rear tire 4.10 -18 seem small me have k760 110/100 what do i need A 4.60 ?
Chuck F on Jul 9, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Chuck, thank you for the question. A 110/100 converts to 4.00-4.50" but as long as you have the clearance a 4.60" would work also. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you by contacting us by email at [email protected], Live Chat or by phone toll-free at 1-888-339-3888. Wil 3.50-18 fit to replace a 3.0-18 tire?
A shopper on Jul 6, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question! The 3.50-18 will be half an inch wider than the 3.0-18. If there is enough clearance on your machine you should be fine with a slightly wider tire. I want an off road 2.75-18 front tire for a 75 Honda CB125. This tire states it is for the rear. Why can't this be used in front?
bmo on Sep 15, 2012
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question. The tread patterns are designed for the rear tire application. The shape of the tire is less rounded. The shape of the front tire will assist in the cornering and turning. For legal reasons BikeBandit.com does not offer mechanical/technical advice. We do offer repair manuals that may provide the info you need to help you solve your problem.

These are excellent off road and on. I went for the wider tire for my KLX250 and it completely transformed the bike. I ride in loose fine dirt, gravel and packed trails. It does it all.

Great tire for the price
60 miles on them so far and no complaints, they are a softer rubber compound then the stock tires and i ride on pavement more than dirt, so probably wont last as long, i decided to run alittle more air in them than stock tires,
and i do get a little bit of a softer ride on them.
