Recently bought a rear K761, and love it so far. I'm about an 80/20 guy in the hot months, but my DR650 is my most common daily driver. I'll report back!

761s work good in dirt and quiet on the highway. Last a long time even on pavement. This is my third set, and will buy more.
John H on Mar 12, 2018
I have used these before on my XR650L. They offer great tarmac traction as well as good off road traction. I get approximately 6000 miles on the rear and 12,000 on the front.
Gordon C on Jan 24, 2018
One of few choices for a 19in rear dual sport tire.

Tire of choice for my KLR 650. Great on road feel and predictable off-pavement grip. Low vibration and noise, and excellent in the wet.
Andrew M on Mar 1, 2017
These have proven to be very good tires if you ride a lot. On a BMW Dakar, I get 8,000 plus miles on the front; and over 5,000 on the rear. I ride about 60/40 road/dirt-gravel, etc. I am on my second set in two years, due to a lot of riding. On the first set, I noticed rubber fatique after about 7 months on the bike, but by then, that set was about worn out. If you don't ride enough to wear these out in a year, maybe try something else. But for traction, price, mileage longevity, great!
Korry B on Jan 23, 2017
Not the cheapest and not the most expensive.

Need new tires on my 2013 BMW Sertao and wanted a good street and dirt road tire. These tires had good reviews and a great price.

I have this tire on the rear of my KLR 650 and love it
Michael K on Sep 13, 2016
Tread pattern and was in need of a more tire for use on highway but also off road capable as well more of a comfort ride and pavement stability
Allen C on Sep 4, 2016
Second-time purchase. If you ride a lot, these are good tires. They are better for me than knobbies; they handle hard-packed gravel roads & also much better on tarmac. If tires last on your bike more than two years, the rubber compound on these tires will begin to show stress cracks. I wear tires out in less than 18 months. My bike is a BMW f650gs Dakar, and I ride loaded with 2-up frequently. The front lasted over 9,000 miles and the rear nearly 6,000. Great all around performance.
Korry B on Aug 14, 2016
This is my first time purchasing this tire. I previously ran the Shinko 244's. I commute 52 miles a day on a 2012 Honda XR650L and wanted a tire with a smoother highway ride and better cornering since i live in the mountains, but also the ability to go light off-roading if I so choose.

I've only had it on a week but the tire whiskers are still knobs on the wear pattern and I work 6 days a week and its 23 miles out of town
I have a 150/80-16 on the back of my 2020 harley 883 iron , I live off grid next to the sand dunes and she still slides a few inches left or right in the deeper sand but for the most part the tire holds true. The dirt road part of my road she is solid as a rock! The 20 minute drive once I hot pavement the tire acts like a street tire the only (floating) I feel is in the front because I have more aggressive tread hence the off grid living

Kenda K761's
Since I acquired my '13 KLR about 4 years ago it has eaten tires. Ive always leaned toward a more 80/20 tire so I was a bit skeptical about these. I run Kendas on all my mt. bikes so I figured what the hell ! They are proving to be the best as well as cheapest tires that have been on my Klr to date. Although they are noticeably heavier and take more to counter steer, they handle gravel and a seriously washed out driveway well, which is the last leg to get me home. If you're looking for a more road oriented tire with still quite a bit of meat on it, give these a whirl.. For the money you cant lose !

Good tire
It has very good traction off road for a 80% street tire. It did seem to wear a little more than I expected. I went about 120 miles on half asphalt and half gravel roads and had a little wear. It is probably a softer rubber tire, which gives it great traction on or off road. I didn't do any hill climbs or mud. I would assume the traction would drop off quickly in anything loose.

Although I have not had a chance to try these tires off road yet,the on road handling is very good and the tread design looks like it should be very good off road.

Love these tires, i bought em years ago for my hawk 250 they're tough no doubt...got a flat *inner tube ripped, had no rear rim lock* turned around my bike drove 15 mins home going 35-40mph... wouldnt recomend it... but they got me home... they do really awesome on street! and well enough on dirt to putt around... in the mud they can hang, on the 250cc however on a heavy dr650, forget the mud...i loved em so much i got em, for my dr650... there awesome, stick to street, play or putt in the dirt...and avoid mud

Overall I am satisfied.I put this tire on the back of a DR 650. I live on a two mile stretch of gravel road and every once in a while it wants to hop around a little. On the paved roads it does nice. I have not got to use it in any sort of water, we will go months up here with very little rain..
