Excellent Grip and Longevity
These tires really surprised me, in the past I've always gone with a fairly sticky tire that handles well in rain and on dry pavement. I was worried about switching to a high mileage tire. I was especially worried that I might lose some traction. This has not happened, ive gotten 13k on my back tire almost w times as many as with previous tires... The front tire seems to grip well too... these are really good tires, you won't be disappointed

Would recommend tire to all Harley riders. Compared to the stock Dunlop’s that came on my 2017 UC that lasted only 10k. The Michelin’s are a better ride on the road. Taking the sharp turns in the Mountains this is night and day compared to the Dunlop’s pos..

They are just a good quality tire. Here in the high desert of Reno, NV. ties don't last as long due to the rough topography of the roads. But they last longer out here than other tires will last. I've gotten these ties, in the EAST, to last over 20,000 miles but in NV. I'm lucky to get 11,000 miles.

2004 Road King. 81,000 miles. Just got 18,000 miles on the front tire before replacement. Not quite to the wear bars but cloes enough. Getting 12-13,000 on rear tires. Great traction wet and dry. Smooth tire on the road. Best tire I've found in the 15 years I've had the bike.

I spoke with my Yamaha dealer who confirmed that while he didn't sell many of these tires (Michelins), he couldn't offer a great price (as good as Bikebandit's) but most importantly, these are the tires he has on his motorcycle.

Switched to this brand on my Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 Classic Fi and loved them. Great grip through the Appalachian mountains in the rain on my trip from Michigan to Washington DC. Smooth and Quiet, Back tire now has about 8K miles and looks like only 10% gone, front tire still looks brand new. Purchased for my father's Harley Low Rider for his birthday.
Charles A on Oct 2, 2018

The traction compared to the stock Dunlop tires is a far superior.

With the Dunlop Tire I was barley pulling 5k miles with my riding style, I typically average around 20k with these.

Pretty much a no brainer in my opinion!

I have a yamaha roadstar and after i put these tires on the bike it wonders above 50 mph its bad ?
raymond S on Aug 28, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hello Raymond, the tires should not cause your Roadstar to wonder above 50 mph. Please contact the shop you had the tires installed at. It could be a number of reasons why this is happening, the wheels could have not been aligned correctly when they were put back on the machine, the tires could have been balanced incorrectly or not at all. We urge you to contact the installer immediately for safety reasons. rim width for this tire ?
A shopper on Jun 8, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question! The width of each tire varies. The easiest way to find out the width is to look at the first number from the three number sequence, that first number is the width of the tire in mm. For example a tire with the size 150/80-16 means it's 150 mm wide, 80% 150mm tall and will accept a 16" wheel. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you by contacting us by email at [email protected], Live Chat or by phone toll free at 1-888-339-3888. BEST ANSWER: Thanks for your question! We could only recommend the stock size for your application. You may want to check with Michelin for accepted size options for your machine.

What is the manufacture date range of these tires stocked in your warehouse? I am looking for a 130/90-16 and 170/80-15, and curious about how long the tires have been on the shelf. Thanks in advance!

I have a honda vtx 1300t and wanted to get these tires. my specs for the front tire is 140/80-17. I see you only have a 140/75r-17. would that tire be ok to put on since it is a radial tire and the back tire would be a bias ply and whats the difference between the bias ply and radials.

BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question. The 140/75R-17 is 5 millimeters shorter height to the rim. Side by side the 75r is 5 mm shorter. The difference is in the way the body cords are put in the tire . A bias tire has the body cords (plies) on an an angle (bias) to each other. A radial tire has the body plies running parallel. The advantage of a radial tire is that it runs cooler, making it last longer. A bias tire does not "bulge" at the bottom so it is not as prone to be damaged as easly to curb scuffing.
