EXCELLENT TIRES HAVE BEEN RIDING ON THEM FOR YEARS GREAT RIDE TRY THEM .
jaida on Jan 13, 2019
I've used the O.E. Dunlops and Dunlop American Elites and both seemed to wear quickly and develop strange wear patterns about half way through their tread life. I'm an mechanic for a high end car line and we install Michelins on customers cars. Even the most demanding customers are pleased with Michelin wear and ride quality. I use them on my cars, time to try them on my Harley Davidson.
Jamie J on Jan 12, 2019
This is the best motorcycle tire I've come across in my 51 years of owning a motorcycle. They grip good on curves, and last about twice as long as other good gripping tires. YEA!
Lonnie L on Jan 9, 2019
Needed a longer wearing tire than OEM Dunlop. Will try this tire as reviews are good.
Bob R on Jan 9, 2019

Donnis T on Jan 6, 2019
I get, on average, twice the mileage out of these tires, compared to the Dunlap tires that Harley puts on their bikes. They have a smooth ride and shed water VERY well. Highly recommend these to everybody!
Josh M on Jan 5, 2019
I have heard they are very good in rain. I have the marithon 888 on bike now & they are slick in the rain they have about 80 per cent tread just have no traction in rain so I'm trying the Michelins

whats the difference of mt and mh on front tire?
A shopper on Mar 14, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hello Gerald, The two major differences are the size and load index. They both take different size wheels, one take a 21" wheel and the other takes a 16" wheel. The tire that accepts a 21" wheel can only handle 467 pounds safely while the tire that accepts a tire 16" wheel can hold up to 783 pounds safely. I'm buying a mag wheel for the front of my Wide Glide it's 21x3.50 wider then the stock spoke wheel 21x2.15 need to know what tire to buy?
Ron m on Dec 27, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question! You'll definitely need a tire that will accept a 21" wheel the width is the part you'll need to convert over. Tire sizes are made up of three numbers, for example 215/65-15. The 215 number is width of the tire in millimeters. the 65 is the aspect ratio meaning that the height is equal to 65% of the tire's width. You'll simply need to convert the width of a tire over to inches. You'll be able to go with a tire 30mm wider that what you were using when you had the 21x2.15 wheel. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you by contacting us by email at [email protected], Live Chat or by phone toll free at 1-888-339-3888. I have a yamaha roadstar and after i put these tires on the bike it wonders above 50 mph its bad ?
raymond S on Aug 28, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hello Raymond, the tires should not cause your Roadstar to wonder above 50 mph. Please contact the shop you had the tires installed at. It could be a number of reasons why this is happening, the wheels could have not been aligned correctly when they were put back on the machine, the tires could have been balanced incorrectly or not at all. We urge you to contact the installer immediately for safety reasons. A shopper on Dec 26, 2017

rim width for this tire ?
A shopper on Jun 8, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question! The width of each tire varies. The easiest way to find out the width is to look at the first number from the three number sequence, that first number is the width of the tire in mm. For example a tire with the size 150/80-16 means it's 150 mm wide, 80% 150mm tall and will accept a 16" wheel. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you by contacting us by email at [email protected], Live Chat or by phone toll free at 1-888-339-3888. What is the manufacture date range of these tires stocked in your warehouse? I am looking for a 130/90-16 and 170/80-15, and curious about how long the tires have been on the shelf. Thanks in advance!

I have a honda vtx 1300t and wanted to get these tires. my specs for the front tire is 140/80-17. I see you only have a 140/75r-17. would that tire be ok to put on since it is a radial tire and the back tire would be a bias ply and whats the difference between the bias ply and radials.

BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question. The 140/75R-17 is 5 millimeters shorter height to the rim. Side by side the 75r is 5 mm shorter. The difference is in the way the body cords are put in the tire . A bias tire has the body cords (plies) on an an angle (bias) to each other. A radial tire has the body plies running parallel. The advantage of a radial tire is that it runs cooler, making it last longer. A bias tire does not "bulge" at the bottom so it is not as prone to be damaged as easly to curb scuffing.
