One of the few tires that fit stock 2014 honda Valkyrie, but it works well. No complaints.
Chris A on Jul 2, 2019
I have been using these tires on my ST1300 Honda. They are great tires, dry and especially wet. I get good mileage out of them and can trust them. A bit expensive but worth it.

My 1994 BMW R1100RS eats front tires, I have gotten much better mileage from this tire than several other brands.
Dean K on Jun 1, 2019
I ride a 2007 BMW 1200GT. It's a heavy sport tourer and the 4 GT gives me a sticky tire that lasts a bit longer than any other tire I've used in the past. This will be my third set of GTs and my 7th set of Pilot Road tires.
William M on May 22, 2019
Grip ride and mileage.
Gowing01 on May 19, 2019
Like the treads, & good reviews
T E on May 7, 2019
I've been riding on Michelin tires for quite a while and had very good luck. This will be the first that I have tried the "GT" version which looks like it may last for more miles, I just hope they stick as well as the regular version (PR 4's) that I have been using. PS: just turned 93K on my R1200RT today.

Bmw’s online forums recommended the Michelin Pilot Road 4 GT for longer than average tire life and for these being of high quality. They look to be a little pricey compared to others that fit my bike (BMW k1600 GT) — will see if the extra cost is worth it in terms of mileage.
Nathan G on Mar 22, 2019
I'm hoping they last longer than 3,000 miles. That's what I've been getting out of my other tires.
Derek S on Mar 18, 2019
I use them on a 2013 BMW K1600GT. my last set gaveme over 8000 trouble free miles. About 3000 more than a previous set of Pirelli Angel GT;s and a previous set of Metler Z8's. great tire in all riding conditions.

Louis H on Mar 12, 2019
Good reviews and I'm not looking for a tire to do track days. This seemed like a good choice for a road tire.

To replace a two week old tire that picked up a large screw in a bad spot that could not be safely repaired.

Absolutely the best tire out there for touring on a heavy machine. Tire are predictable, have a decent life, and work extremely well in the wet. I have a Honda ST1300.

Mark T on Feb 9, 2019
I run the Michelin Pilot Road 3 GT on my BMW K1200S and absolutely LOVE them for Traction in all types of Road Conditions. 6,000 Miles and still a few thousand miles left on the Rear and as much as 10,000 Miles left on the Front. I ran the Pilot Road 3 Trails on my older BMW R1200GSA and the Front went 16,000 Miles. The Rear got half that but I absolutely loved them.
R M on Feb 8, 2019
Product received good reviews. Used Michelin in past with good results.

I bought a set of Michelin GT fours for my motorcycle so 97 Suzuki Bandit 1200 S the owner's manual says 36 PSI but on these tires it says 42 pounds cold front and rear what should I run?
A shopper on May 7, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I have a Yamaha FJR1300 that I run these on. My bike originally came with Bridgestone BT023's and my manual says to run 36F 42R. I did that for a year or two and those tires (mainly front) wore out at about 5k miles. I now run Michelin's at 42F 42R and get about at least 10K out of them. The general consensus with FJR owners is to run 42/42. My belief is to run what's on the tire.
How do you fit 17" tires on 16" rims on my 2004 FLHTCUI?
A shopper on Jun 22, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Thanks for the question! For safety reasons, we cannot recommend you use a tire size that other than stock. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you by contacting us by email at [email protected], Live Chat or by phone toll-free at 1-888-339-3888. We are always more than happy to help.
Trying to decide between the pilot 4 and the pilot 4 GT. Are there different uses/applications. I live on the west coast of Canada....so a fair share of wet weather. And I'm often with a passenger and luggage.
The bike is a 2003 bmw 1150 rt.
Thanks
Jonathan
Or perhaps you'd recommend a different tire altogether?

New tires
Love the Michelins. The bike had worn Battleaxes on it when I bought it. I replaced them with the Michelins and love them. I've ridden Michelins on all my bikes for many years and see no reason to change.

Fantastic
I received it in 3 days which I thought was great service. As always when I get new tires on my Kawasaki concours1400 I’m happy as a clam! The pilot 4’s an awesome tire. I got caught in the rain the other day and they performed beautifully. I will definitely use bike bandit again. Jim Newburyport, Ma.

Pilot Road 4 GT on BMW K1200GT
I am on my third set of Pilot Road 45 GTs. They are by far the finest tires I had ridden on yet. Super grip on twisty corners and about 15% more tire life on heavy sport touring motorcycles. Highly recommended!

road 4s another great tire from michelin.
Got tires from you in three days. Took them on a hundred mile scrub in on one of the most fun roads in the US right out my back door, and these new hoops seem flawless. I figured I might do a little sliding till the new wore off, but I never felt a slip. Pushed a little harder on the way back and the the Pilot 4s increased my confidence even more. I know Michelins are great in the rain and the only thing left to see is how far they go. Thanks for the great service. Talked to two techs and the were both helpful and fast. Thanks, Tom
