I picked these for a older bike I have. There were few choices as far as mfg that still carried a front and rear size I needed in the same line of tires. I didn't want to mix and match mfg/sizes.

Couldn't find the tire I wanted in this size. This size is hard to find and options are limited. I've tried almost all the others but never Pirelli. Time to give them a try cause I have yet to find the right front tire for the age and style of my bike and how I ride. Was looking for a dual compound. No luck.

is it ok to run as a tube tyre Pierelli Sport Demon 110 x 18 rear?

Will a 150/80 16 tire fit on the rear of a 1983v65 Honda?
Willy B on Jan 19, 2017

Hi would you recommend these tires for a 1984 Honda Ascot vt500 ?
Amy R on Dec 12, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question! You can use these tires on your VT500, you'd just need to convert the sizes over to metric. The front is a 3.50-18 so the 100/90-18 is the best fit but slightly wider. The rear is a 4.25-18 so the best fit would be a 110/90-18, this should be just about the same size. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you by contacting us by email at [email protected], Live Chat or by phone toll-free at 1-888-339-3888. How are these on a heavier bike? Like a Harley Davidson Dyna
Bill K on Mar 25, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Bill, thank you for the question! The Pirelli Sport Demon Motorcycle tire is a bias ply type tire which means its sidewalls are strong. However, one thing we have to consider is the load weight rating. These tires are made specifically for a sport touring application and would be pushing the weight limit on your Harley Dyna. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you by contacting us by email at [email protected], Live Chat or by phone toll-free at 1-888-339-3888. Hi, will the 150-70-17 tire fit my Kawasaki Ninja 300 2013?
Dwayne J on Dec 19, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Hello Dwayne, the 150/70-17 should fit your bike, be sure you have enough room for this wider tire. Even though this tire will fit we recommend going with the original size tire for safety and performance reasons. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you by contacting us by email at [email protected], Live Chat or by phone toll-free at 1-888-339-3888. I am looking for a set of skins for a 1977 Suzuki GS550. I can find the sizes, but the tires are often tubeless. The stock wheels are spoked and run tubes. Is it ok to run a tube in a tubeless tire?

BEST ANSWER: Hello Mike, you can run a tube in a tubeless tire. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you by contacting us by email at [email protected], Live Chat or by phone toll-free at 1-888-339-3888. We are always more than happy to help.

I want to know it is suitable for driving a bike smoothly on this condition. Please reply......
SamS on Dec 2, 2012
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question. Its not recommended to run a front tire as a rear the load capacities are different. The front tire may not be able to handle the weight of the rear. I have a '83'VT-500 ascot that will be used on back roads the stock tires that came with it are a 3.50S-18 front and a 4.25S-18 rear. I like what i am reading about the Pirelli sport demon tires but am not sure of the new sizing? I'm 5'10"x185lbs.and an ex. road racer from the 70s who still enjoys the twistys(:-)
null on Jun 20, 2012
BEST ANSWER: One inch = 25.4mm. 3.5 x 25.4 = 88.9, so use a 90mm width. Match the circumference of the old and new tires as closely as possible. You will probably need an aspect ratio of 90. That means you will probably need to buy a 90/90-18 tire for the front.
Same thing for the rear: 4.25 x 25.4 = 107.95, so use a 110mm width. Same as the front for circumference to determine the required aspect ratio. Therefor, you will probably need to buy a 110/90-18 for the rear.
I have these on my BMW, my riding style sounds similar to yours, and I love the Demons. The only bad part is the mileage: I've worn out the rear in about 5000 miles, but that's the price you pay for all that grip.
Good luck, have fun and ride safe. Hope this has helped.
I have a 1988 Kawasaki ninja 750 and I am looking for a good durable tire that has a good performance (cornering) and decent price. Would this be a good choice in tire? I am a casual rider who occasionally likes to take curvy roads with speed and agility accustom to a Kawasaki. She is a big bike and she carries a lot of speed that I would like the option to use safely.
kielbasa on May 14, 2012
BEST ANSWER: Thanks for your question! Yes this tire would be an excellent choice for your application.
will this fit a 87 cbr 600 hurricane?
null on Jan 26, 2012
BEST ANSWER: Thanks for your question! Yes this tire will work perfectly, you will need a size
110-170-17 for the front and 130-70-17 for the rear.
