This is a tube tire and not a tubeless right?
null on Jan 23, 2012
BEST ANSWER: Thanks for your question.

Yes this is a tube type tire.
can a bike fitting 21 on the front tire and 18 on the bike tire also hold 17s supermotos on BOTH rear and front?
A shopper on Jun 13, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for the question. This should work, many supermotos run both 17's but with different widths. You might want to look into a supermoto conversion kit. Most include wheels, rotors, sprockets, and mounted/balanced tires. This will guarantee you optimum performance and the right set up out of the box. I would like to know does the sedona MX887IT Motorcycle wheel comes with the rim or is it seperate? Thanks jonathan
herman on Jul 8, 2012
BEST ANSWER: Thanks for your question! This would be just the tire and no rim.
Does the tire come with the spokes and rim?

I notice the pictured item has a black and red rim, I am wondering if that comes with the tire or not? I am looking for a tire and rim set, to prevent me from having to get a tire mounted or having to mount all the spokes.
Stone21 on Sep 3, 2009
BEST ANSWER: Thanks for your question! With the tire your looking at this ONLY will come with the tire, to get a rim that would be no problem but those run anywere from $300 to $600

I ride a Suzuki DRZ400 set up for off road, This is by far the worst tire I have ridden on. I bought matching front and rear. The front is very squirrely while riding straight. It does however dig in and hook up very well when cornering. The rear tire does the same when cornering. Straight line acceleration is not great it doesn't bit well at all. These are meant for intermediate/hard conditions and perform poorly in hard pack, mud, wet clay and sand. good for loam and packed dirt. I would not recommend buying these. sometimes its true, " you get what you pay for"

Sedona MX887 IT Rear Tire
This tire is holding up real well on my 2015 FE 501 Husky. This bike will easily shred just about any brand of a rear tire in less than 4 rides if you want. I run it at about 8 lbs. and am running the Tubliss system. It hooks very well and scoops in the sand washes. Has good stiff side walls for lower pressure use. I already have a new spare just waiting to mount. It's the Monsoon season here right now so conditions can go from dry rocky conditions to slick riocky conditions to silt and then mud in the 2 tracks and firm to soft in the sand washes depending on the dampness from the rains. Its holding up well and the price is half of what I pay for a good front tire. GT 216AA I not only would buy it again I already have. The stock Dunlop at81s were used for the first 12 hours and I trashed them because they were terrible. I should have not even wasted that time riding the bike with them for my desert conditions here. The 887 is a good tire for the money. No chunking, very predictable backing it into a turn and with the front tire I run makes the bike able to be steered with the rear tire and throttle.

Great tire
Sedona tires cost a lot less and work just as well as the higher priced brands out there. Depending on riding conditions, and surface terrain, and how hard you ride, they can wear out somewhat quickly. I usually go thru one rear tire a season, and then have to replace a set every other season. The great thing is the rear tire is reversible, so if you are starting to wear down, just dismount the tire and switch it the opposite way, and you'll extend the life of the tire. Not DOT approved though, and they don't work well on the street. Good dirt tire though.
