This is my third Shinko 712 rear tire. It is a good tire at a good price and in my opinion better than the Shinko 230 rear tire which I used once. The Shinko 230 front tire is a good tire, but based on my experience with the Shinko 712 rear I figured it is time to try the 712 front tire.

I have had excellent luck with these tires they always run very true and balance very well. I've only had a small balance issue with one dirt bike tire so small I let it go.. all street bike tires balance out very well no weight at all. just a great tire for a great price.

Thanks.

Shinko 712 Motorcycle Tire
I bought these tires for my 1992 BMW R100RT. The shipping was very fast. I bought these on the advice of a friend and the many good reviews on this site. I have not installed these yet but they look as good as my Metzlers which were twice as much. I don't think you can beat these for the price.

Good Initial Quality
After 120 miles of riding in the dry I'm happy with these tires. They have completely transformed the handling on my 1993 Vulcan 500 from the flat spotted & thread bare tires that it came with. While there are stickier & pricier choices out there, for the price I'm not sure that you can beat them.
