I buy one per year on back one on front every two years. They are soft and grip well. The cost is low so i can replace them often. I don't want a tire that lasts forever. They get hard and dont grip well.

This will be my 3rd set. The 1st set the rear lasted almost 9000 miles. Got caught in a torrential downfall about 5 in an hour downpour and the tires never lost traction when I got home and check my GPS I was traveling at 70 miles an hour with no slippage. With the other tires slippage would occur around 50 mph plus they are fairly quiet and handle the twisties incredibly well.
John B on Sep 21, 2019

Roger C on Aug 22, 2019
Cost to value ratio is very high. These perform as well on the bike as much more expensive tires. Even if they did wear out twice as fast, which they don't, you can buy two shinko tires for about the same cost or less than than one high cost tire.

Hi, Are the Shinko777HD Wide White Wall Tires or Thin?
A shopper on May 20, 2017
BEST ANSWER: They aren't as wide as what you see on a regular tire. That being said, they aren't thin either. I really can't put it into words... I wish I could upload a pic. They do the bike Justice. I get a lot of compliments on my bike. The tires add to the classic styling I was trying to achieve. Plus they are a great set of tires on top of the looks. You can feel the difference on the road and in the curves. Hope that helps you decide.

Can I use a front shinko 777 on the rear of 04 had sportster???
A shopper on Jul 14, 2019
BEST ANSWER: I would say if the tire size is the same then yes. Things to think about the front tires are normally a little taller than the rear and a lower weight capacity and sometimes skinnier depending on the bike the back tire is usually a higher weight capacity and a little bit wider and sometimes have different sidewall heights. I would check the specifications on your bike and make sure that the height and the weights capacity Will interchange from front to back. Shinko tires usually have the same tread pattern front to back.
777 ok for Harley Roadking?
Brian B on Aug 4, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Brian, thank you for the question. Make sure to check the recommended load index and speed rating on your current tires or in your owner's manual to directly compare to these tires and for quality assurance. The tire sizes may vary depending on the year but according to our records, a 2018 Road King uses 130/80-17 front and 180/65-16 rear. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you by contacting us by email at [email protected], Live Chat or by phone toll-free at 1-888-339-3888. Anyone have a rear Shinko with a Dunlop front? Any issues?
Jim P on Oct 24, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question. In my opinion there should not be any problems but because the are different brand they might show up different features one might have good grip on dry pavement and not in a wet pavement, and the other may have good grip on wet pavement and not in dry pavement. And that will be hard to you to ride on different conditions i will not recommend to use the tires like that. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you by contacting us by email at [email protected], Live Chat or by phone toll free at 1-888-339-3888. What is the production date?
A shopper on Nov 16, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question! Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee that but we do know most if not all our tires are usually within a year of the manufacture date. We do not stock large amounts of tires at our location so most tires are shipped directly from the tire manufacturers closest warehouse to you. This would be the freshest stock they have on hand that is being shipped from these locations. We unfortunately do not have a way to verify which date you would get on your tire. All tires sold by BikeBandit.com are well within the manufacturers suggest shelf life for tires. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.

my front tire is 150/80/17 will 160/70/17 fit??
Michael V on Aug 14, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Michael, thank you for the question. The tire will fit your rim with no problem but you need to take into account how much more clearance you have on the actual bike. To get some exact measurements, convert the first number of the tire size from mm to inches. That will be your width. The second number will be the percentage of the width which determines your height. For example, 150/80-17 is 150mm wide and the height is 80% of the height. You can compare both tires and also look at the bike and see if you have clearance. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you by contacting us by email at [email protected], Live Chat or by phone toll-free at 1-888-339-3888. 180x70r15 is my factory tire size but like to have a tire that's a little wider?
A shopper on Jun 18, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for the question. You might be able to get away with a 200/70-15 depending on your specific application. The 180/70-15 is roughly 4.96 inches wide, while the 200/70-15 will be around 5.5 inches wide. Take some measurements to make sure you have enough clearance room in between the swing-arm and the under fender, and to double check that the size you currently have is about 4.96 inches wide. Attached is the link to the tires we offer in that size. Do you carry the 130/90/16 reinforced 6 ply front tire? Or would I just order the 6 ply for the rear because it would be the sane thing?
Christopher C on Sep 13, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question Christopher! Sorry Shinko does not offers a 777 tire in the size 130/90-16 with a 6-ply rating for the front just 4-ply. We do not recommend using a rear tire on the front of your machine, only use a tire for the side it is indicated for, front or rear. Great, I would purchase again.
Stiff sidewalls, good compound for traction on a heavy bike. I would definitely reccomend

A good value tire
For the price versus performance and wear.
These are a great Value. This is my 3rd set. Avg about 6000 miles on the rear and about 11000 on the front. On a 86 GL 1200i and a Kaw 1200 Voyager 12 Wet weather traction is awesome, ( I have had the bike dragging pegs in the rain and the tires still stay hooked to the road) till about time to change tires.
If you ride a lot, when it's near the end of useful life and pass time to change tire you will pick up a very light weird high frequency vibration. The type that will make one slow down and look at the tires. It's kinda the tires are telling you time to buy another.

Shinko 777 Heavy Duty Cruiser Tire White Walls
Installed on my Gloss Black 2019 Indian Scout Bobber ABS. They look badass and ride smooth. I needed a tire that could handle 110 + MPH consistently and high speed turns. I have about 1,000 miles on them already this month and they are holding up. Definitely recommend to anybody wanting that '50's style look. You get what you pay for.

Amazing aesthetics
Outstanding look for the style I'm going for on my 2013 V star 650 custom. I love the look of these white walls!
