Shinko 777
Great tires. Have front and back on '65 Harley. Good traction and good ride. Like the look and feel. Price was about 1/2 what I would have paid Harley and they were recommended by retired Harley mechanic.

Looks awesome
Way to early to give the tire a for sure rating. I have ridden Shinko's on my Ultra, my GW1800 and my new old 82 CB900 Custom. Always liked the handling and ride. I have also been very satisfied with mileage. However, I had a 777 on my CB900 and replaced it with the 777HD. The 777 gave me less than 6000 miles. I was shocked. I will try to update this report when I get some mileage on the 777HD.

I have less that 3000 miles on the rear tire and it’s damn near has wire showing. I was in a pinch and had to have a tire ASAP so I tried this tire. I guess for the price I shouldn’t of been expecting the world.

Bike Bandit Store
I,ve had good luck with Shinko tires before, and with shopping with Bike Bandit.
Jerry K on Feb 14, 2019
Pricing and reviews on handling. Hope it turns out good. Mileage is not as good as most but for the price you can buy two Shinko tires for the price of one of the other brands. It will be my first try for the tire and for bike bandit and we shall see. Thanks

I have bought and used Shinko 777 whitewall tires before on my 900 Vulcan Classic. They work great, run great in dry or wet conditions, and get excellent mileage. Shinko tires seem to be lower in cost, but to me are high quality. At least, they work good for me.

Hi, Are the Shinko777HD Wide White Wall Tires or Thin?
A shopper on May 20, 2017
BEST ANSWER: They aren't as wide as what you see on a regular tire. That being said, they aren't thin either. I really can't put it into words... I wish I could upload a pic. They do the bike Justice. I get a lot of compliments on my bike. The tires add to the classic styling I was trying to achieve. Plus they are a great set of tires on top of the looks. You can feel the difference on the road and in the curves. Hope that helps you decide.

Anyone have a rear Shinko with a Dunlop front? Any issues?
Jim P on Oct 24, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question. In my opinion there should not be any problems but because the are different brand they might show up different features one might have good grip on dry pavement and not in a wet pavement, and the other may have good grip on wet pavement and not in dry pavement. And that will be hard to you to ride on different conditions i will not recommend to use the tires like that. I have a Honda VTX1800S and need to know if the spoke rims are tubeless or not? Thanks.

Do you carry the 130/90/16 reinforced 6 ply front tire? Or would I just order the 6 ply for the rear because it would be the sane thing?
Christopher C on Sep 13, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question Christopher! Sorry Shinko does not offers a 777 tire in the size 130/90-16 with a 6-ply rating for the front just 4-ply. We do not recommend using a rear tire on the front of your machine, only use a tire for the side it is indicated for, front or rear. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you by contacting us by email at [email protected], Live Chat or by phone toll free at 1-888-339-3888. Is it possible for me to verify the date of manufacture before ordering?. I like the grip of the Shinko 777 but the tire was 5 years old when I purchased. Only got 2000 miles out of it before major rot set in.
A shopper on Apr 20, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question! Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee that but we do know most if not all our tires are usually within a year of the manufacture date. We do not stock large amounts of tires at our location so most tires are shipped directly from the tire manufacturers closest warehouse to you. This would be the freshest stock they have on hand that is being shipped from these locations. We unfortunately do not have a way to verify which date you would get on your tire. All tires sold by BikeBandit.com are well within the manufacturers suggest shelf life for tires. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.
What would be the Best shinko tire for the rear of my 2010 Yamaha vstar, 1300 ,, my wife is 130 pounds,,, 2 small saddle bags ??
Steven B on Apr 12, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question! We recommend going with the original size tire, the weight of your wife and 2 saddle bags should not compromise the safety of the tire. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you by contacting us by email at [email protected], Live Chat or by phone toll free at 1-888-339-3888. We are always more than happy to help.
